The LEOPOLD SPORTSMANS CLUB is a Licensed Venue that represents various local sporting sections and as a licensed venue, operates 7 days a week with trading times generally from 9am till 1am daily.
Within the Venue is a 250 seat bistro area / 32 seat lounge area / 140 seat function facility , 35 machine gaming room, combined TAB and general bar area, administration office, Committee Room, 2 Squash courts , kids play room and bowls kitchenette plus external toilet facilities and smoking lounges.
The successful person/s will be responsible for daily cleaning of this venue in both the interior and exterior areas. Cleaning will need to be conducted outside of normal trading periods and must be willing to participate in monthly cleaning inspections.
The successful person/s will need to provide evidence of holding a Public Risk Liability Policy, provide a list of current and previous contracts, supply ABN number , supply all own equipment and chemicals, hand soaps and air purifiers and complete all works as detailed following.
Empty all waste paper
Empty bottles into bins and rinse buckets.
Vacuum all carpet area’s (including squash court lower section )
Fringe brush and mop timber floor in function room.
Clean and sanitise all toilets, urinals, showers,
Hand- basins and mirrors ( including exterior toilets )
Sweep and mop foyers, vinyl areas and all wet areas
Sweep ( and mop if required ) outside front & rear entries, side door entry, landing and 2 smoking lounges and empty all rubbish bins.
Sweep and mop behind bar.
Dust window ledges, and wet wipe reception seating area in foyer and reception counter at bar.
Wet wipe all front of counters and kickers
Spot clean glass doors and feature windows ( including squash court areas and Kids play area ( upper level ).
Spot clean all stainless door panels
Check and replace toilet roles, paper towels ( rolls & towels supplied by club ) and soap dispensers and air purifiers.
Gaming:– Brush down chairs, wipe over screens, wipe trays , wipe benches between machines, back of machines and wipe over machine signs.
Clean bases where drink spills, kick marks occur.
Wash spills off walls
Dust Tops of gaming machines
Dust tops of doors and light pelmets and Display cabinet.
Lift and wash mats behind bar
De-Cobweb all sections.
De-cob and wipe all televisions
Fringe wipe and mop squash courts.
Clean off soap stains on shower screens and tiles.
Wet wipe all vent panels in doors ( both sides )
Clear finger marks/ smudges off perplex areas kids play equipment.
Scrub foyer floor ( x 3 )
Scrub all toilet floors
Clean exterior windows
Clean Internal feature screens
Clean External Glass smoking screens
Clean extraction fans in male toilets
Clean all air vents ( toilets )
Buff Vinyl Floors
Dust pictures, honour boards, displays etc.
Lift and wash mats exterior landing.
Clean air conditioner vents / return air vents
Clean internal windows
Clear external cobwebs
6 monthly– Separate costing to Tender Price
Strip and reseal vinyl floors
Seal and Polish Timber floor
Dry Scrub squash court floor.
Yearly- Separate costing to Tender Price
Steam clean carpets.
Clean and dust squash courts walls, ceilings and lights and fans
The term of the tender is for an initial period of 12 months. However in the event that the Club deems the work to be of poor standard, and after a 30 day period of notice, items noted have not been adequately addressed, the Club will have the right to terminate the agreement and re-advertise the position.
